The agency, the carrier and their representatives act solely as intermediary agents for transportation companies, restaurants, parks, archaeological sites, etc. and bear no responsibility for losses, injuries, accidents, delays, etc. that may occur.

When making your reservation on our website https://rosatourscancun.com, the total amount will be charged online via a payment link. The charge will appear on your statement within 36 hours.

Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Within 12 hours or less, you will receive your service voucher with additional information (pickup time and meeting point).

It is essential to present the digital voucher when using the service.

In case of storm or hurricane, only a date or tour change will be possible. Payments are non-refundable in these cases.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation to ensure cardholder protection.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the service: 100% refund.

Cancellations made 36-47 hours before: 80% refund.

Cancellations made 24-35 hours before: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 23 hours before: no refund.

No show: no refund.

For card payments: refund within 10 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

For bank transfers: refund within 15 business days.

100% refund: cancellation 30 days before the tour date.

70% refund: cancellation 20 days before.

50% refund: cancellation 15 days before.

Combo tours are not partially refundable.

Schedule/date changes for Hotel-Airport transfers are only allowed 48 hours in advance.

These policies do not apply in case of hurricane or natural disaster. Only a date change will be offered.

In all cases, a date / name / tour change is possible for 12 months at no extra charge.

In case of illness: 100% refund (restrictions apply). A medical certificate must be sent at least 24 hours before the tour date.

For Hotels / Car rentals / Flights: each provider's policies apply.
